Where do you deliver?
Right now we’re only able to reach customers within the Greater Los Angeles area.
What date should I pick?
Please select the desired date of your event. We will deliver your rentals the day before your selected date. (ie. if your party is on a Saturday, your basket will arrive on the Friday prior).
How long is my rental?
Your rental period is a total of three days. We deliver your products the day before your chosen event date, and pick them up the day after your selected event date (ie. we deliver your products on Thursday, your event is on Friday, your products will be picked up from you on Saturday ).
I'm having too much fun with my plates, what happens if I miss the return date?
You will be charged a late fee of $50/setting for every day your order is late. If your items have not been returned within five days of your return date, you will be charged the maximum late fee (300% of the full retail value).
What is included in my rental?
Each of our Table Settings includes: 1 dinner plate, 1 salad/dessert plate, 1 napkin, 1 water glass, 1 wine glass, 1 flatware set (salad fork, dinner fork, knife, dinner spoon, dessert spoon). Make sure to double check that the number of dinner guests you’re having over matches the number of Table Settings you’ve ordered! To add a little more love to your table, make sure to check out our Table Decor page where you can add things like champagne glasses, candles, flower vases, and more to your table!
My friends can be flakey, what happens if I need to cancel?
Get new friends? If that doesn't work, you can receive a full refund as long as you cancel four weeks prior to your event date. If you cancel between four weeks and two weeks of your event date, you will receive an Alice Street credit of the full amount, to be used on future events. If you have to cancel within two weeks of your event date, you will not be able to receive a refund or a credit.
I like the dinner plates from one set, but salad plates from another. Can I mix and match?
Depending on the size and the date of your party, we can try to customize your setting. Please email us (email@example.com) and we’ll try to figure something out to make your event as special as possible!
I've got my Table Settings, Table Decor, and Catering in my cart ready to go, but I can't seem to add a Venue. Why?
The venues listed on Alice Street are not owned or operated by Alice Street. They are a few of our favorites in LA that we wanted to share with you. We’re always looking out for our customers and want you to have access to the most jaw-dropping venues possible. If you click the "More Info" link on the listing, it will take you to Peerspace where you can complete your booking.
Wait, so I put the dishes back in the basket.... dirty!?
Maybe don’t send us back your friend’s half-eaten steak. But, yes! Please kindly give our dishes a quick ‘lil rinse, then pack them back up into the basket, and we’ll do the rest! Don’t forget to make sure you’re returning everything you ordered (using the handy-dandy checklist) and packing it up just the way it came.
Help! I broke a dish!
Accidents happen! Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with photos ASAP , so that we can go over applicable damage fees and (most importantly) get you a replacement in time for your event!
I’m in love with the table settings I just ordered. Can I keep them?
Unfortunately, we do need you to return the ones you ordered. We miss them too much already... But we’d be more than happy to help you get you a brand new set of your own! Just email us (email@example.com) and we’ll help hook you up.
These baskets are SO cute! Can I keep them?
We're so glad you like them, but unfortunately they are not yours to keep! A $300 fee will be charged to your card for every basket not returned. These babies are hand woven in Myramar after all! However, if you feel like you may spiral into a deep depression without them, we get it. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you order a brand new set of your own.
